TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n

1. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
\n2. If you have any problem concern to the service inform us before leaving the salon.
\n3. If you have paid and leave the salon, we will consider that you accepted and are happy with the
\ncomplete result of the treatment.
\n4. No refunds will be given just because you simply changed your mind.
\n5. Inform the salon if you have any allergy related to any chemical \/ substances Before having any
\nservice(s)
\n6. Inform the salon immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection \/ reaction\/
\ncondition with respect to your nails during the treatment.
\n7. Nail Boxx are not responsible for the loss of your personal belonging while you are having
\nservice(s) in our salon.<\/p>\n

GUARANTEE<\/h4>\n

1. Traditional polish is not guaranteed
\n2. Enhancement \/ Gel polish services are Only guaranteed for 72 hrs from your visit . Within this
\ntime frame any nails damaged or broken that are deemed no fault of the customer whether
\nbroken, snapped, cracked or nails that have come off, will be fixed free of charge.
\n3. We will not be responsible for any breakage , infection or damage nails after you leave the salon<\/p>\n

LATE SHOWS<\/h4>\n

I utilise every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are
\nlate, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it\u2019s your first time
\ncoming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you
\nare 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and you will be charged FULL PRICE and
\nyour deposit will be lost. If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS
\nPOSSIBLE by calling the Nail Salon at: 07969555035.<\/p>\n

NO SHOWS<\/h4>\n

Any no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The
\ncancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as
